“Secrets of the Sisterhood” is a modern day horror about a group of female vampires who use a strip club as a front for luring unsuspecting male victims into their lair. Through a series of mysterious disappearances of men, three police, Mike Tully, Christine Spade and Elvis Johnson, uncover the deadly secret of the Sisterhood. The story opens up with an investigation of an abandoned vehicle, a pool of blood in the woods, and no body. A day later, two college men disappear after visiting a local strip club and leaving with a couple of the strippers. Unbeknown to them, men leave the club with the girls and wind up in a desolate area where the vampires dwell. The men are used for sex then fed upon for their blood. A mutated vampire, “Price,” is used as a slave by the vampires. He devours the remains of the carnage.

In an attempt to get closer to the mystery, Christine goes under cover as a dancer at the strip club. It is here she meets Velvet and Lita, the seductive vampires. Velvet becomes immediately attracted to Christine luring her into the vampire clan. Christine is torn between not only her duties as a cop, but her uncontrollable desire for eternal life.

Liz, the girlfriend of a vampire victim, begins a mission to find her missing boyfriend, leading her deeper into the vampire’s lair. Thus begins a blood bath between mortals and immortals. The classic battle of good vs. evil revolves around exploding vampires, blood and gore.

This movie is a perfect blend of exhibiting the classic beauty and sensuality of the vampire along with the portrayal of the bloodthirsty predators that lies beneath.

Background Story for Secrets of The Sisterhood
Original story by Kalila Smith

In the dark, hidden regions of the Carpathian Mountains of Transylvania, vampires thrived and lived in secrecy. A beautiful young woman, Adelita, had been turned in the 14th century by her beloved, Esteban, one of the ancient ones. Lured by his promise of eternal life and love, she sacrificed her mortal soul to him. By the middle of the 16th century, Esteban had become bored. He became enamored by a young African slave woman, Nailah, who had escaped her Turkish master. Captivated by her beauty, he vowed to turn her rather than kill. While still mortal, she became pregnant with his son.

Betrayed by her lover, Adelita killed Nailah as she gave birth. She then destroyed her unfaithful lover, feeding him the blood of the dead Nailah. Knowing the others would destroy her for her unforgivable act; she stole the mutant child and fled to Prague. She turned a slave woman, Velouette, in Prague to give her assistance with the child. The two traveled to Paris living in seclusion, feeding the nameless mutant child nothing but the leftovers of decaying human remains, treating him as animal. In time, she called the mutant “Price” as a reminder of the price her lover paid for his infidelity. Knowing nothing but the life of a scavenger, he remained enslaved by his vampire Mistress devouring the flesh of the damned. Creating a league of female blood drinkers, they vowed to feed on the souls of man for the rest of eternity. They created more of their own as their destructive path led them from the hidden catacombs of Paris to the French New Orleans in the 1700’s.

In the 21st century, they hide deep in the bayous of Southern Louisiana continuing their feast of the blood of men; not only for the blood, but the delight of seduction. Changing their names and persona to blend into the world of the living, they continue to hide from those who hunt them. They found abode in an abandoned plantation home. They use a rural strip club, frequented by travelers, as a method of luring their prey into their dance of death.
